Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs



  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Mix
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ pounds your choice ground meat (such as beef, pork, chicken, or combination)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine meatloaf mix, ketchup, egg, cheese and meat; squish together until well blended.
  2. Shape mixture into meatballs. Place meatballs on foil lined pan or baking sheet and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes.
