Baked Lemon and Honey Turkey



  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Garlic Lemon Seasoning
  • 1½ pounds turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together red pepper flakes, lemon juice, honey and seasoning.
  2. Place tenderloins in a greased 13x9x2 pan, brush tenders with half of the sauce.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 40-45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170°, basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove turkey to a plate; keep warm.
  4. Transfer drippings to a small saucepan; whisk cornstarch with water and add to drippings. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve sauce over warm turkey.
