Baked Mashed Potatoes


  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Mom’s “Smashed” Potatoes Mix
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 13x9x2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes mix and butter with boiling water; stir vigorously until mixture is smooth. Add mozzarella and ¾ cup parmesan cheese; stir until well blended.
  3. Transfer potatoes to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle seasoning and remaining parmesan cheese over potatoes.
  4. Bake 20 minutes uncovered or until topping brown.
