Baked Potato Soup


  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Baked Potato Soup Mix
  • 1 cup milk (or substitute half-and-half for even creamier, richer soup)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 medium potato, cooked and diced (optional for chunkier soup)


  1. In sauce pan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

For a loaded Baked Potato Soup, add 2-3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet BLT Seasoning or  1 Homemade Gourmet BLT Dip Mix while cooking.
