Baked Ziti with Pork



  • 2 cups chopped onion-pepper medley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds cooked pork roast *
  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce Mix, prepared
  • 1 (16-ounce) package ziti pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions and pepper medley in oil; reduce heat, add roast and sauce, simmering until roast and sauce are thoroughly heated.
  3. Mix pasta with roast and spaghetti sauce mixture, and pour into greased 4-quart baking dish. Sprinkle on cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and golden in color.
