Basic Cheesecake Parfait


  • 1 Homemade GourmetĀ® Basic Cheesecake Mix *
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and dividedFresh or frozen strawberries **

* Or 1 cup Homemade GourmetĀ® Basic Cheesecake Pantry Staple

** Options: Try different flavor combinations by choosing any Homemade Gourmet Cheesecake Mix and pairing it with fruit, syrups, sauces, candy and more!


  1. With an electric mixer, beat cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
  2. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm enough to form into mini- cheesecake balls.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, create mini-cheesecake balls.
  4. Layer frozen cheesecake ball and strawberries into a parfait glass. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries. Top with remaining whipped topping, if desired.
