Beef and Vegetable Stew


  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Garlic Lemon Seasoning
  • 6 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 potatoes, peeled, washed and cubed (peel if desired)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1½ pounds stew meat, cubed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups water


  1. Lightly spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, stew meat, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, water and seasoning to slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook 4 ½ hours on high or until vegetables and meat are tender.
