Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Black Bean Salsa Mix
  • 2 (10.75-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup lime juice

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.  (Beans must be covered in liquid to rehydrate.)
  2. Cover bowl and chill at least 2 hours before serving. (You can refrigerate this salsa for up to 5 days.)
  3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
