Black Bean Quiche



  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together salsa, cheese and eggs; set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and seasoning. Spread sour cream mixture over bottom of pie crust and fill with salsa mixture.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour, removing foil for last ten minutes of cooking time to brown the crust.
