Black Bean Wraps


  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Gourmet® Southwest Seasoning
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 2 cups prepared Southwest Bean and Corn Salad (see recipe)
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, or 4 cheese blend
  • 2 cups canned chicken, drained


  1. Stir seasoning into sour cream and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons sour cream mixture onto warm tortilla, and top with desired amounts of remaining ingredients.
  3. Wrap, serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
