BLT Fried Rice


  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 cups cold cooked rice*
  • ½ cup frozen green peas
  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ cup minced green onions

*Rice should be thoroughly chilled to prevent sticking together during stir-frying.


  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add rice and cook 10 minutes or until rice is heated thoroughly and begins to brown.
  2. Add peas and seasoning; stir until peas are heated thoroughly and rice is fried.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in onion.
