BLT Pinwheels


  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 (8-ounce) can of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together except dinner rolls; stir until well blended.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 4 rectangles, firmly press perforations to seal.
  3. Spread mixture on each rectangle to within ¼ inch of the edge of each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices, place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 13-17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
