BLT Potatoes Au Gratin


  • 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning Pantry Staple
  • 4 small potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine onion, milk, soup and seasoning; whisk together until well blended.
  2. Place half of potato slices in greased 9×9 baking dish. Pour half of cream mixture on top of potatoes; cover with half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
