BLT Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning Pantry Staple
  • 1 small can V8 juice
  • 1 dash tabasco (or to taste)
  • ½ head (small) Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices sour dough bread, crust removed, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup (concentrated)
  • 1 large tomato
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Garnishes

1 large tomato, chopped

5 slices bacon, crisp

1 hard, fried egg, chopped

Directions

  1. Put the first 11 ingredients in a food processor and run until all are pureed.
  2. Adjust seasonings to taste.
