Buried Treasure


  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 2 (6-ounce) graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 pint strawberries, halved
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant lemon pudding mix


  1. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and mix until well blended; stir in 1½ cups whipped topping. Divide and spread evenly into two pie crusts.
  2. Arrange strawberry halves on top of the cheesecake mixture, press in gently.
  3. In a bowl, mix together 2 cups milk and pudding mix for 1 mixture, until thickened; let stand 1 minute. Stir in remaining whipped topping and spoon mixture over strawberries.
  4. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
