Cranberry Apple Crisp



  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, sugar and cornstarch, mixing well. Stir in apples. Pour into an 8x8x2 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, blend butter into crisp mix and pecans using a fork or pastry cutter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over cranberry mixture.
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are soft, test with fork. Dessert will be brown and bubbly.
  4. Let cook slightly before serving, great with spiced dip or vanilla ice cream.
