Homemade Gourmet® was founded in 1997 by Tami Van Hoy and her family as they began hand-making mixes for soups, entrees, desserts, and more around their kitchen table to help meet their grocery needs and enjoy quality family time. In the process, they built a company that today helps other families experience that same joy that comes from spending time together!

The idea that the company would evolve and grow into a successful business with thousands of Independent Distributors–and a space in the blogosphere–would have been mind-boggling!
