Strawberry Trifle

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine bread mix with eggs and oil; blend until smooth. Pour batter into greased 5×8 loaf pan.  Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove to cooling rack until cool to the touch. Cut into bites size pieces; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; gently stir in 8 ounces whipped topping.
  3. In bottom of glass dish, layer half of bread pieces, half of cheesecake mixture, third of the sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat layers, finishing with an extra layer of sliced berries and topped with remaining 8 ounces whipped topping. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
