  1. In a small bowl, combine seasoning with cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and salsa; Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salsa mix with tomatoes, black olives, water and avocado. (Beans must be covered in liquid to rehydrate.) Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Spread a heaping spoonful of taco soup seasoning dip over tortilla. Place two heaping spoonfuls of Black Bean Salsa over middle of tortilla. Roll tortilla, keeping the salsa from spreading all over the tortilla.
  4. Cut tortilla rollup into 2 inch slices and arrange on a platter. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
