Tropical Pie


  • 1 Homemade GourmetĀ® Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 (3-ounce) box lime Jell-O mix, dry
  • 1 (11-ounce) can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 graham crusts


  1. In a large bowl, beat cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
  2. Add Jell-O mix and mandarins; stir. Spoon filling evenly into pie crusts.
  3. Top with remaining whipped topping in dollops or spread a thin layer on each pie.
