Turtle Cheesecake


  • 1 Homemade Gourmet® Basic Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Pecan halves


  1. Remove pecan and chocolate chip packets from mix; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, beat mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; add pecan and chocolate chip packets and combine thoroughly; fold in ½ of the whipped topping, gently.
  3. Spoon mixture into crust. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce in a crisscross pattern on top of each cheesecake. Spoon dollops of whipped topping around edge of pie and place one pecan half on each dollop.
  4. Chill at least 2 hours.
