White Chocolate Cola Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine bread mix, Coke and egg; stir until well-blended. Add 1 cup of the white chocolate chips.
  2. Pour batter into greased 5×8 loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  3. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate chips, butter and milk in saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled loaf and serve.
